- 1½ oz / 45 ml Lost Explorer Tequila Blanco
- ½ oz / 15 ml Maple Syrup
- 5 oz / 150 ml Hot Water
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Pineapple Cubes or Guava Rounds
- 1 Slice of lemon
- 1 Star Anise
Method
Stir tequila, maple syrup, and hot water in a tempered glass until dissolved. Add a cinnamon stick, pineapple cubes or guava rounds, a lemon slice, and star anise. Let steep and garnish with the cinnamon stick and star anise. Get cozy.
