- ½ oz / 50 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
- ½ oz / 50 ml Grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz / 25 ml Agave Syrup
- ½ oz / 15 ml Lime juice
- ⅛ oz / 5 ml Giffard Menthe Pastille
- Fresh cucumber juice (from 3 generous slices)
Method
Muddle the fresh cucumber to make the juice. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a bit of cucumber and reinvent yourself.
