Ingredients
- 1.5 oz / 45 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín
- 1.5 oz / 45 ml Grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml Maraschino Luxardo
- 0.25 oz / 7.5 ml Pamplemousse Giffard
- 0.25 oz / 7.5 ml Lime juice
- Grapefruit twist
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist. Take a reading break.
