- 1¾ oz / 50 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
- 3 oz / 90 ml Ginger beer
- ¾ oz / 25 ml Fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz / 10 ml Simple syrup
- Garnish: Lime wheel and mint sprig
Method
In a shaker, add ice, simple syrup, mezcal, and lime juice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a copper mug filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer. Stir and garnish with lime and mint. Catch the breeze.
