- 1½ oz / 45 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal EspadÃn
- ¾ oz / 25 ml Chamomile & Honey Syrup
- â…” oz / 20 ml Lemon juice
- 1 drop Orange blossom water
- Garnish: Lemon slice, honeycomb
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel and, optionally, some honeycomb. Get ready for the next round.
