- 1½ oz / 50 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín (optional: infuse with ginger)
- ⅔ oz / 17.5 ml Pomegranate Molasses
- ¾ oz / 25 ml Fresh Lime
- Garnish with Black Volcanic Salt
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake it up. Rim an Old Fashioned glass with black volcanic salt and fill it with ice. Strain cocktail into glass. Sip with intention.
