- 1¼ oz / 45 ml Lost Explorer Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz / 25 ml Nixta Liqueur
- 1 oz / 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz / 10 ml Maple Syrup
Method
Wet half the rim of a rocks glass with a lemon wedge and dip it in salt. In a shaker, mix The Lost Explorer Tequila, Nixta liqueur, lemon juice, and maple syrup with ice. Shake, fine strain into the glass, and garnish with grilled corn or a lime wheel. Cheers to the season’s harvest.
