Ingredients
- 1½ oz / 45ml The Lost Explorer Tequila Blanco
- ½ oz / 15ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
- ¼ oz / 7.5ml Organic Honey
- ¾ oz / 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz / 15ml Cold Pressed Ginger Juice
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake it up, then fine strain into a rock glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a little ginger candy, sip back, and relax.
