- 1⅓ oz / 40 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
- 1 oz / 30 ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge or Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz / 30 ml Beet Juice
- ⅔ oz / 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ oz / 10 ml Agave Syrup
- 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Optional: Shaved Dark Chocolate Rim
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupette glass. And—if you’re feeling decadent—garnish with shaved dark chocolate. Make a wish.
